Heard Ms. Aishwarya Gokhale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Gauri Rao, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State.

The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.721 of 2023 registered with Vadgaon-Nimbalkar Police
Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.
It is the main contention of Ms. Aishwarya Gokhale, learned Counsel that the Applicant has been granted interim protection by the order dated 5th December 2023 and the same has been continued from time to time. She further states that the Applicant has completely cooperated with the investigation. She therefore, states that the Anticipatory Bail Application be allowed. 4.
On the other hand, Ms. Gauri Rao, learned APP strongly opposes the said request. Learned APP states that the offence is very serious and therefore, the Anticipatory Bail Application be rejected. However, she states that chargesheet has been filed on 25th June 2025.

Perusal of the record shows that the FIR has been lodged on 10th October 2023. The Applicant has been granted pre-arrest bail by a learned Single Judge on 5th December 2023. The said order is continued from time to time till today.

This Court by order dated 20th June 2025 directed the Applicant to attend the Vadgaon-Nimbalkar Police Station on 24th June 2025, 25th June 2025 and 26th June 2025 between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.

Ms. Aishwarya Gokhale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant as well as learned APP confirm that the Applicant has attended the concerned Police Station and cooperated with the investigation.

In fact, chargesheet has been filed on 25th June 2025. Thus, the investigation is completed.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed on the following terms.
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant-Sandip Ramchandra Kadale in connection with C.R. No.721 of 2023 registered with the Vadgaon-Nimbalkar Police Station, Dist. Pune, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum
of Rs.30,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(b) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.
(c) The Applicant shall furnish his cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(d) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(e) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any witness in any manner.
(f) The Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.

In view of the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is disposed of.
