Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned counsel for Respondent No.1- D.R.I. and learned APP for the State. 2.
By this Application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of conditions imposed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) vide order dated 6th December, 2022.

Learned counsel for the Applicant further submits that this Court has imposed the conditions on the Applicant i.e. Condition Nos. (iii) & (v) that the Applicant shall report D.R.I. Mumbai twice in a month on the First and fifteenth day of every month between 11:00 Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2
51-IA-658-2024 (CR) ..doc a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further orders and Applicant shall not leave Mumbai without prior permission of the trial Court. 4.
Learned counsel for the Applicant further submitted that Applicant is suffering from various ailments and he is unable to attend the D.R.I. Office, Mumbai. Additionally, he needs to trave outside Mumbai and finding it difficult to obtain permission each time. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 and learned APP for the State strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that if conditions are relaxed, the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard all learned counsel.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and reasons mentioned in the application as well as investigation is completed, and the Applicant is attending the D.R.I. Office, Mumbai from 2022, and I pass following order:-
ORDER
i. Condition Nos. (iii) and (v) are relaxed.
