This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. The applicant's first bail application was 'not pressed' and the same is recorded in the order dated 10th February, 2020 (Coram: Ranjit More & Surendra P. Tavade, JJ). The second application was 'not pressed' and the same is recorded in the order dated 6th February, 2023 (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre & R.N.Laddha, JJ) and as such, the application was disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the said 2/3

application was argued for sometime before the said Division Bench, however, obviously, as the Court was not inclined, the said application was not pressed.

Considering the aforesaid, judicial propriety requires that the present application also be placed before the bench of which, Justice R.N.Laddha, is a member.
