Heard learned Counsel for the Appellants/Applicants/Accused Nos. 1 to 7 and learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.
There is already an order dated 27/08/2024 passed by this Court, which reads thus:
"1.
In this case, the record and proceedings is already received. The Applicants have suffered more than five years of imprisonment out of the sentence of ten years. 2.
Therefore, it would be advantageous to decide the Appeals themselves, since the record and proceedings is already before the Court.

Learned counsel, Mr. Rupesh Jaiswal prays for adjournment to 9th September, 2024.
