The Applicant was the original accused No.2 in Special Case No.557 of 2018 before the Special Judge under POCSO Act. The applicant along with other accused was convicted U/s.376-D of the I.P.C. and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act. The major sentence imposed on him was R.I. for 20 years. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in poor financial state. He could not afford to engage a private advocate.
