Learned APP states that the first informant is not traceable, however, the victim has become major now. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicants are directed to add the victim as a party respondent No.3 without disclosing her identity. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue Notice to the added respondent, returnable on 10.09.2024.
