This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. The applicant's first bail application was rejected on merits, by this Court (Coram: P. V. Hardas & Dr. Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, JJ) vide order dated 30th March, 2015. The second application was also rejected by this Court (Coram: Ranjit More & M.S.Karnik, JJ) vide order dated 23rd November, 2019. The said application was rejected on the ground that there was no change in circumstance and as such, the Court was not inclined to grant bail.

Considering the aforesaid, judicial propriety requires that the present application also be placed before the bench of which, Justice M.S.Karnik is a member.
