The Applicant, who has filed the above Revision Application No.481 of 2016 against his conviction for the offence publishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, by this application seeks permission to apply for renewal of his passport to the concerned Passport Authority.

I have heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant and Learned APP for the State.

The Applicant is permitted to make an application for renewal of his passport to the concerned Passport Authority. If such an application is made, the concerned Passport Authority, in absence of any legal Mugdha
