This is an Application for expeditious disposal of Criminal Appeal No.334/2014. In the past also the Applicant had approached this Court with a similar prayer in I.A. No.3988/2022 and I.A. No.159/2022. On both these occasions, PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE his prayer was not accepted.
