My attention is invited to the order dated 12.07.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Interim Application No.2138 of 2023 where it was observed that the wife of the applicant is suffering from serious ailments and the appeal be listed for final hearing high on board on weekly final hearing board on 01.08.2023.
