The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim and her family do not reside in the village Kaulav, Taluka Radhanagari, District Kolhapur. There is no one to take care of his mother and elderly grandmother. Furthermore, since November 2022, the applicant has not violated any conditions set by this Court when granting bail.

The learned APP seeks time to take instructions. At his request, stand over to 14 November 2024.
