Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to appoint another advocate from their panel to represent the Respondent No.2. (ii) The office shall hand over all the necessary papers to the appointed advocate.

(iii) The earlier appointed advocate Ms. Hiral B. Thakkar, is relieved of her responsibilities to represent the Respondent No.2.

(iv) Stand over to 09/10/2024.
