Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. The applicant was convicted by the judgment and order of the trial Court dated 22nd January 2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad. The Applicant was arrested on 11th August 2019. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is in custody for almost 6 years.

It is further submitted that the case is entirely based on circumstantial evidence. However, after going through the findings recorded by the trial Court, we are not inclined to suspend the sentence and enlarge the Applicant on Bail at this stage. 3.

The Application is rejected.
