Learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that out of Rs.54,46,600/- mentioned in the FIR, the Applicant has repaid amount of Rs.51,61,778/- and he is ready to show the bank details to the Investigating Officer.

Learned APP submits that the Applicant is not co-operating with the investigation. He never attended the police station as directed by this Court nor produced any documents before the Investigating Officer. Hence, requested to pass appropriate order. 4.
I have heard both learned counsel.

As the Applicant is stating that he has repaid the amount but he has not produced the bank documents in that regard before the Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant will appear before the Investigating Officer on 3rd January, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. along with relevant documents and he will show all the documents to the Investigating Officer. His statement is accepted.

Stand over to 16th January, 2025.

Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till the next date.
