This is an application for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing Appeal. The applicant was the original accused No.1 in Sessions Case No.147 of 2021 before the Sessions Judge, Satara. The learned Judge vide the Judgment and order dated 08.12.2023 convicted the applicant and his co-accused Sumit More, under sections 353, 332, 323, 427 r/w. 34 of the I.P.C. The major sentence imposed was imprisonment for 7 days, besides imposition of fine.
