In the said statement recorded on 6th April 2024, the respondent No. 2 has requested that an Advocate from the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai be appointed to espouse her cause, as she is R. 22 IA.973.2024.odt unable to engage a private Advocate. Photocopy of the said statement of the respondent No. 2 is taken on record. 2.

Accordingly, we appoint Advocate Ms Sakshee Chavan, who is on the panel of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai to espouse the cause of the respondent No. 2. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant to serve a copy of the application on Ms Sakshee Chavan within one week, to enable her to go through the same.
