DATE : 7 MARCH, 2024 P.C. :- Mr. Raul, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is a delay in filing the present criminal revision application.

He submits that the interim maintenance granted by the order of the JMFC, Gadhinglaj is Rs.7,000/- per month from 26 February, 2021. He submits that as on February 2024, the outstanding amount comes to Rs.2,52,000/-. He submits that a sum of Rs.30,000/- has already been paid by the applicant. He

KVM 2/2 906 - IA 976 OF 2024.doc further submits that the applicant hereby undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.90,000/- within a period of one week from today before the Trial Court. The undertaking given by the petitioner is accepted by this Court.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21 March, 2024. Humdast is permitted.

Apart from the Court notice, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondents by private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.
