Mr. Raul, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has also attempted privately serve the respondents however, the service report is awaited. He submits that his client has complied with the direction given by this Court by depositing a sum of Rs. 90,000/- before the Trial Court.

Hence, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till the next date of the hearing. The prayer clause (b) reads as under :
