On perusal of the impugned Judgment and the basis on which the Judgment is delivered, we expressed our disinclination to entertain the Interim Application. Learned counsel for the Applicant however pleaded before us that the Appellant is undergone more than 10 years of imprisonment and therefore the hearing of the Appeal be expedited.

In the wake of the aforesaid request and since Chaitanya
