The order dated 23rd April 2024 shows that notice is issued to Respondent No.2 but there is no Respondent No.2 in this Appeal. There is no party to whom the compensation is awarded. However, learned APP states that the first informant is present in the Court and he is seeking the assistance of a legal aid counsel. 2.

Mr. Arote is present in the Court. He is on the legal aid panel. Therefore, he is appointed to represent the first informant-Respondent No.2 in this case. The office shall hand over all the necessary papers to the appointed advocate.
