This is an application seeking restoration of Bail Application No.1427 of 2020, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court (Coram: Bharati Dangre, J) on 06.07.2022.

There is no appearance for the applicant today. The learned APP has opposed the present application. It is brought to the notice of this Court that after the aforesaid bail application of the applicant was dismissed for nonprosecution by this Court, the applicant moved another bail application before the Sessions Court. The same was rejected by order dated 06.04.2023 and in paragraph 7 of the order of the Sessions Court, reference is also made to the aforementioned order dated 06.07.2022 passed by this Court, dismissing the bail application of the applicant for non-prosecution. 3.

In such circumstances, this Court agrees with the learned APP that the present application for restoration cannot be entertained. 4.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.
