Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram:M.S.Karnik, J.) dated 08.11.2023. 3.

Learned counsel further submitted that applicant was behind bar fore more than 4 years. Charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant, hence requested to relax the condition No. 5(d) of the order dated 08.11.2023 i.e. " The applicant shall attend the investigating officer of Andheri police station once in a month on every first Sunday fo the month between 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m.".

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel as well as charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant and he is behind bar more than four years, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Condition No. 5 (d) of Order dated 08.11.2023 is relaxed as under :

"The Applicant shall attend the investigating officer or Andheri Police Station as and when required." 6.

Interim application is disposed of.
