Let Mr. Yagnik go through the evidence and the material which has been relied upon by the learned Judge while sustaining the conviction of the accused persons including the Appellant who was charged and convicted as accused No.6.

We expect Mr. Yagnik to prepare a short note reflecting the involvement of the present Appellant in the whole conspiracy as he face charge under Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Re-notify to 05.12.2024.
