Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for respondent No.2 Bank submits that an affidavit was placed on record in terms of orders dated 19.06.2024 and 28.06.2024. But, the said affidavit is not on record of this application. 2.
The affidavit be placed on record within a week, if not already filed. 3.
Since a copy of the affidavit was served on the learned counsel for the applicant, certain submissions are made on behalf of the applicant in that regard.

The said affidavit indicates that according to the respondent No.2, the outstanding amount on the housing loan in respect of the subject flat is Rs.15,95,671.34/-. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the MINAL SANDIP PARAB MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.08.27 17:58:22 +0530 savings bank account of the applicant, which has been frozen, an amount of Rs.5,95,402.19/- is lying.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that 1/2
915_IA1213_24.doc the said amount could be adjusted towards the aforesaid amount due towards outstanding loan and that the applicant shall arrange the balance amount of Rs.10,00,269.15/- within two weeks from today. 6.
The applicant is at liberty to deposit the aforesaid balance amount of Rs.10,00,269.15/- with the respondent No.2 Bank within the said period of time.

List the application for further consideration on 13.09.2024 in the supplementary board.
