This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant seeking suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal.

The first bail application was rejected on merits by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram :- P.B. Varale (as he was then) & V.G. Bhist, J.J.) vide order dated 10th September 2020. The second bail application was rejected vide order dated 17th January 2024 by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram:- Nitin W. Sambre & R.N. Laddha, J.J.).

Since Justice Nitin B. Sambre and R.N. Ladda are available, Registry to take steps to place the same before the appropriate bench.
