This is an Application for fixing earlier date of hearing of the Applicant's Criminal Appeal No.206 of 2020. The only ground, urged before us for fixing the Appeal, is that the Applicant is in custody for about four years. In the past, his Bail Application pending Appeal is rejected.

We are, unable to accept this submission to fix the Appeal out of turn, because there are much older Appeals Satish Sangar

5-IA-1221-2024-IN-APEAL-206-2020.odt pending wherein the accused are in custody for more than 10 years. Therefore, we have to give precedence to those Appeals. 3.

No special ground for taking this Appeal for final hearing, out of turn, is made out.

Hence, the Application is rejected.
