This is an Application for bail pending Appeal and the second prayer is for expeditious hearing of the Appeal. 2) The Applicant had earlier preferred Interim Application No.3819 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.1129 of 2022 for his release on bail. However, that Application was not pressed. The Applicant was given liberty to move in the first week of January, 2024 for early hearing of the Appeal.

3) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that in view of the earlier Order and the specific liberty, he is not pressing this Application for the prayer of bail but the Court may consider fixing the date for early 1/2

4) Considering the request, the prayer for bail is rejected. The Appeal be added to the weekly final hearing in the week commencing from 07th July, 2025.

5) Interim Application stands disposed of.
