By this application, the Applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 2nd March, 2023 passed by the Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J).

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court had granted bail to the Applicant. While allowing the application, this Court has imposed the conditions on the Applicant to report the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai once in a week on every Monday, Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

33-IA-1261-2024.doc between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Learned counsel further submitted that Applicant has directed to stay outside of Mumbai City. Applicant is finding difficulty to comply the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel.

This Court had directed the Applicant to stay outside Mumbai City till further order of the trial Court and has also imposed conditions on the Applicant to report the Narcotic Control Bureau once in a week on every Monday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. As, the Applicant has already directed to stay outside of Mumbai. The bail condition No.(c) is modified as under:- "(a) The Application is partly allowed.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Narcotics Control Bureau, Mumbai once in two months on any Monday between 11:00 to 1:00 p.m."
