At the outset, Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that to verify whether the Applicant has complied with the Order dated 2nd May 2023 passed by this Court, by which the Applicant has been enlarged on temporary bail in view of the undertaking given by the Applicant to this Court that the project would be completed within a period of one year,
when the Police Officials sought certain details, the Applicant has refused to give the relevant details.

Mr. Rana, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant who is present in the Court, states that the concerned Police Officials can carry out the inspection of the project and the same will be given on 6th April 2024 and all the necessary documents will also be given to the Investigating Officer. At the time of said inspection, the Intervenors are also permitted to remain present. 3.
Stand over to 8th April 2024 at 2.30 p.m..
