Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent/State.

The Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.131 of 2019 registered with Kurar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 354, 376-D, 504 506 r/w 34 of the IPC and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

The prosecution case is that the victim girl was a minor, who was lured by the Applicant to facilitate the sexual exploitation of the victim girl.

I have perused the statement of the victim girl and other material available on record.

The only role attributed to the Applicant is that of accomplice. There are no criminal antecedents. 6.

That being so, I am inclined to allow the Application. Hence, the following order :- (i) Application stands allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.131 of 2019 registered with Kurar Police Station, on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) The Applicant shall attend the trial regularly. (iv) Two consecutive absence shall entail cancellation of bail by the Court below.

(v) The Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.

(vi) The Applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the Kurar Police Station, till the evidence of the victim is recorded.

The Application stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the Bail Application, pending Interim Application also stands disposed of.
