By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 106 days caused in filing the aforesaid Criminal Appeal.

8-IA-1304-2024.doc The applicant has filed the aforesaid appeal against the judgment and order dated 7th November 2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Sessions Case No. 562/2017, by which, the applicant has been sentenced to death for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and delay of 106 days caused in filing the aforesaid Criminal Appeal, is condoned.
Application is accordingly disposed of.
