This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. The applicant's first bail application was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram : Smt. V.K.Tahilramani, Acting C.J. & Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar, J.) vide order dated 12th August, 2016. The second bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn as the Court Wakodikar 1/2

5. IA 1326-2024.doc was not inclined to grant bail. The said order dated 16 th October, 2023 was passed by this Court (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre & N.R.Borkar, JJ.).
