Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 14th March 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition the applicant was directed to report to Rabale MIDC Police Station, Navi Mumbai, once in a month on every 1st Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. until further orders. SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial has started. The applicant is resident of Bangalore, he is finding it difficult to attend the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2025.02.04 17:11:40 +0530 police station, hence, requested to allow the application. 1/2

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the fact that trial has started and applicant is attending the trial regularly, I pass following order :

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (c) of the order dated 14th March 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) in Bail Application is relaxed. The interim application stands disposed of.
