The learned APP submits that the victim is present in the Court and submits that the advocate who was appointed from the Legal Aid Panel is not responding to her call. Hence, he requests to appoint some another advocate from the Legal Aid Panel. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the appointed advocate

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the chargesheet has been filed and this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant by an order dated 18/1/2024.

The ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
