501-Apeal-424-2024.doc Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant states that leave to amend was granted to delete the respondent No.2 from array of respondents, however the same is not reflected in the said Order dated 10th April 2024, passed in aforesaid Criminal Appeal and Interim Applications.

Accordingly, in the said Order dated 10th April 2024 passed in aforesaid Criminal Appeal and Interim Applications, the following sentence be added as paragraph No.1.
"1.
Learned Advocate for the appellant/applicant seeks leave to amend to delete the respondent No.2 from the array of the respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith."

The Order dated 10th April 2024 be corrected accordingly. Rest of the Order to remain as it is.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this Order.
