By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the bail application, which was filed in 2022, but it was dismissed for want of prosecution on 4th March 2024. This Court is informed that the applicant has remained incarcerated since 9th October 2021. 3.

Considering the aforesaid facts and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
