Heard learned counsel for the application.

By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the bail application as it was dismissed for want of prosecution, by an order dated 11th March 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.).

In paragraph 4 of the application, it is specifically stated that on the date when the application was dismissed, the advocate for the applicant was not keeping well and hence, he could not appear before the Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and consequently, the bail application is restored.
