The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.128 of 2023, registered with Malegaon camp Police Station, Nashik Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The incidence in this matter took place in the year 2012 and the complaint was made in the year 2023. It is submitted that MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.06.15 15:00:32 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Applicant belongs to a political party. Initially he was in a particular political party. On change of party the complaint came to be lodged. 4.

It is submitted that Applicant has attended the police station as

2 of 2 48.ABA.2034.2023.doc per directions of the Court issued on 19th July 2023 and co-operated with the Investigating Officer.

This Court after considering the allegations in the FIR granted ad-interim bail to the Applicant vide order dated 19th July 2023 and since then Applicant is on bail. Learned APP is not making any complaint that Applicant has not co-operated the Investigating Officer in investigation. After completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed. Thus, considering the above referred factors I am of the opinion that there is no reason to reject the application and not to confirm the order dated 19th July 2023 granting adinterim bail to the Applicant. 6.

In the circumstances Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. The order dated 19th July 2023 is hereby confirmed. Anticipatory Bail Application as well as Interim Application are disposed off. (ANIL S.KILOR, J.) MST
