This is a third bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was withdrawn before the Chaitanya Jadhav 1/2

5-Ia-1441-2024.doc Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Ranjit More and P. K. Chavan, JJ.) The same is recorded in the Order dated 4th February 2020, which is at page No.133 (Exh-D) of the application. The second application for bail was also withdrawn, before the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari and P. D. Naik, JJ.) The same is recorded in the Order dated 13th December 2022, which is at page No. 134 (Exh-E) of the application.

From the Order dated 13th December 2022, it appears that after hearing the applicant at length, when the Court was not inclined to grant him bail, the said application was withdrawn. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, judicial propriety requires that the aforesaid application also to be placed before the same bench. 4.

Registry to take steps accordingly.
