Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that he has received papers today and needs time to go through the same and take instructions from respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions of the applicant who is present in the court submits that the applicant shall pay an amount of Rs. 30,000/- towards arrears of maintenance. She Page no. 1 of 2

Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that he will transfer the amount of Rs. 30,000/- within one week from today. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant would be agreeable to amicably settle the dispute with respondent no.1. Learned counsel for respondent no.1, submits that he will take necessary instructions.
