After arguing the matter for substantial period of time and when the Court was inclined to dismiss the present application, on instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant prayed for permission to withdraw the present application. It was submitted that this Court may consider expediting the trial and the applicant be granted liberty for renewing the prayer for bail. 2.

Considering the fact that charge is already framed in the present case and the prosecution intends to examine 23 witnesses,

bipin prithiani 13-ba-4027.23.doc of whom substantial number of witnesses are panch witnesses and official witnesses, a direction can be given to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial is expedited. The applicant is at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after one year.

In view of the disposal of the present application, the intervention application also stands disposed of. MANISH PITALE, J.
