Mr. Wagh, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a
short accommodation.

In this Anticipatory Bail Application, 13 Interim Applications have been filed. The Informant has filed Interim Application No.1484 of 2024 and the victims have filed all other interim Applications in Anticipatory Bail Application which are challenging F.I.R. No.89 of 2024 registered for offences under Section 406, 420, 504, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The offences have also been registered under provisions of the MPID Act.

Mr. Wagh, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the dispute has been settled with at least six investors/Victims. He further submits that six investors who have filed Interim Applications before this Court have already made their statements to the Investigating Officer, stating that they do not wish to proceed further as the dispute has been resolved. 4.
Ms. Chettri, the learned Advocate for the Informant submits that her client has not yet received the money invested by him. 5.
By consent, the Interim Applications are allowed. 6.
Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week
from today.
7.
Stand over to 3 March 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

In view of the statement made by Mr.Wagh that the matter has been settled with few investors, the interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.)
