Learned Counsel for the applicant invites my attention to an order passed by this Court on 3rd January 2024, by which the applicant was granted interim bail on medical ground inter alia directing to surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Mumbai after the period of interim bail, which was granted for a limited period of 3 months from the date of his actual release.

Learned Counsel submits that the period of 3 months would be over by today i.e. 10th April, 2024.

Learned Counsel on instructions submits that he would submit himself before the Civil Surgeon of J.J. Hospital, Mumbai on or before 13th April, 2024.

The Civil Surgeon shall, in consultation with an Orthopaedic Surgeon of J.J. Hospital, Mumbai examine the applicant and furnish its report within one week thereafter. 5.

List on 22nd April, 2024.

6.

Interim bail granted to the applicant will continue till the next date.
