We have perused the Order dated 4th February, 2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Application No.1249 of 2019. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that pursuant to the said Order, the Applicant has paid an amount of Rs.15,000/-. It is further submitted that the Applicant is ready and willing to pay rest of Rs.15,000/- amount on behalf of Respondent No.2 and a MAY 30, 2024 Aarti Palkar

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, we permit the Applicant to pay the said amount within a period of two weeks from today to Central Police Welfare Fund.
