This is an application through jail. The Applicant has prayed for withdrawal of the Appeal. According to him, the sentence is already served. He is in prison since 2018. 2.

Learned APP to take instructions and file a report about the status of his sentence.

The Superintendent of the Prison shall also file a report after interviewing the Applicant as to whether the Applicant still wants to withdraw this Appeal. The Superintendent shall file a report to that effect before this Court.
