This is an application for suspension of sentence and bail. The applicant was on bail during the trial. I am informed by learned counsel for the applicant that the trial Court has suspended the sentence for a limited duration during the appeal period by an order dated 21.03.2024 under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The fine amount has been paid. Accordingly, the sentence is suspended till the decision of this application. 2.
