The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to add the Informant as a party in the Appeal as well as in the Interim Application. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

The Application is circulated for today as the learned Advocate mentioned that marriage of the daughter of the Applicants is on 18th April, 2024.

The sentence of Applicant No. 2 has already been suspended by ad-interim order. So far as the Applicant No. 2 is concerned the sentence is only 1 year and therefore the application needs to be allowed to the extent Shubham 1/2

The learned APP and learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 opposes the Application. This Court is considering Application for the present only to the extent of grant of temporary bail to the Applicant No. 1, in view of the marriage in the family. Hence the following order.

ORDER

a) The Applicant No. 1. be released on temporary bail on submitting cash surety of Rs. 25,000/- to be deposited in the Trial Court.

b) He shall not contact Victim or the witnesses during temporary bail period.

c) He shall surrender on 22nd April, 2024. The Application be considered after the Applicant surrendered to the custody.

d) The sentence to the extent of Applicant No. 2 stands suspended till the disposal of the Appeal. (KISHORE C. SANT, J.) Shubham 2/2
