The applicant is 68 years of age and according to learned counsel for the applicant, his wife is suffering from epileptic fits. Therefore, I am giving him one more opportunity with direction to attend the police station on particular dates. 4.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

i.

The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 16.10.2024, 17.10.2024 and 18.10.2024 between 1.00p.m. to 5.00p.m.

and thereafter as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

ii. Stand over to 21.11.2024.

iii. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.
