Respondents are acquitted by the Court of JMFC Solapur on 18th January 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (page nos.3152). The correctness of Judgment is challenged before the Sessions Court by way of Criminal Appeal no.11 of 2019. It was by the first informant. Appeal was dismissed on 15th September 2022 (page Nos.9 to 18). Now this Appeal is filed by the first informant. Vina Khadpe / Satish Sangar 1/2

Today, she has brought the copies of evidence, however, one set for prosecution is not brought.
