By this application, the applicants seek restoration of the bail application, which stood dismissed due to want of prosecution by order dated 27th March 2024, passed by this Court (Coram: Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.).

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the bail application is restored.

The record shows that the applicants have remained behind bars since 23rd September 2021.
